Summit's collection of built-in undercounter wine cellars brings full functionality, convenience, and premium style to kitchens everywhere.
Summit's CL155WC1LHD is a 15" wide single-zone wine cellar. The front-breathing system allows built-in installation, while the fully finished black cabinet also allows freestanding use. A seamless 304 grade stylish stainless steel trim blends smoothly into the gently tinted glass door for an elevated look, with a professional stainless steel handle included. This unit has a sealed rear and right-angle cord for a better fit. The fully articulating European style hinge design ensures smoother opening. A lock is located in the kickplate for added convenience and security.
Inside, model CL155WC1LHD features white LED lighting in the side walls for elegant display conditions, with dimmable levels for a personalized ambiance. The easy-to-use digital control panel enables you to adjust the temperature between 41º and 68ºF to accommodate red, white, or sparkling wine bottles. Fan-forced cooling ensures even temperature distribution and fast temperature recovery.
Five uniquely designed steel shelves in a jet black finish feature an attractive 304 grade stainless steel front trim to complete the classic look. The unit's steel shelves have a flat design ideal for holding bottles, as well as storing cans and other styles of beverages. Optimal storage capacity accommodates up to 20 standard 750ml Bordeaux or Burgundy style bottles and an additional 3 specialty wine bottles on the slotted floor sized under 10 3/4" high. (note: your capacity may vary depending on the bottle style).
Additional features of the CL155WC1LHD include a temperature memory function to restore the set temperature in the case of power loss and Sabbath mode, which disables certain functions during periods of religious observance. A built-in alarm audibly warns if the door is left ajar or if the unit rises or falls out of the recommended temperature range.
Note: This unit comes with an anti-tip bracket that should be installed to help prevent tipping of the unit for added safety.
