Outdoor Lighting, ELK Lighting

I've been watching a lot of film noir, which isn't the best idea when you're alone in a big house at night. So I'm a little suspicious of dark places right now, and I keep peering outside the windows in my door, afraid of sneaky characters but unable to see anything. So, it seems like a good time to look into outdoor lighting.  Okay, that's a little dramatic. Outdoor lighting can help with security, but it's also just a nice thing to have. Even in small towns, the moon and stars just aren't bright enough to fully enjoy eating, playing, or talking outdoors after dark. Luckily, there are a lot of options like floodlights, outdoor wall lighting, post and pier mount lighting, and outdoor chandeliers that are super bright.  Whatever you have in your backyard, we've found a way for you to make it shine. Flood lights The simple, no nonsense backyard lighting. Great for security lighting.  Not perfect for setting a mood.

Outdoor Wall Lighting A more elegant option, if you happen to have a wall in your backyard or want to attach it to the house. These are some elegant wall sconces.

 I'm not sure about how far this light will shine, but then two Framburg Raw Copper Marquis Classic Outdoor Wall Sconces are probably even better than one.

 Neat enough to use for indoor and outdoor lighting. Hubbardton Forge Airis 1 Light Outdoor Wall Light in Opaque Mahogany. The glass almost reminds me of animal print, to match any tigers in your backyard (for the record, I don't recommend them as pets). 

Outdoor Post and Pier Mount Lighting If you have a pier, you probably don't need my lighting or design advice. But wherever you put these lights, they'll do the trick.

Outdoor Ceiling Lights Outdoor living spaces need lights, too. If you go to all the work (and fun) of setting up a cabana, garden room, or conservatory, for goodness sakes think about the lights you'll be putting in to enjoy it by. Especially since space is often a premium, consider a ceiling light. These lights are all hanging lights that get glowing reviews.

Dream with me. Which of these outdoor lighting options are your favorites? Did I miss anything? Just don't say tiki torches. Those won't give you this much light or this much style, for all your security and convenience needs....
