A 7" thick Twin XL size mattress featuring an organic cotton damask fabric outer quilted to Ecowool batting and one 6" Extra Firm or Firm Natural Latex core. Wool is used in the quilted outer for a variety of reasons including its natural temperature regulating properties, natural fire retardant properties, and its bacterial resistance. Overall, this is a firm mattress. Extra Firm is not recommended unless one is very muscular and of a higher weight category(about 200lbs or higher). This mattress will work well on any slatted frame base or one of our organic foundations. Spot clean only. Spot clean using 1 part natural cleaner or vinegar to 2 parts water.
