A 11" thick King mattress featuring an organic cotton damask fabric outer quilted to Ecowool batting and a Untreated Steel Innerspring Support with one 2" Extra Soft Natural Latex Topper on one side and one 2" Extra Soft Natural Latex Topper on the other side. Wool is used in the quilted outer for a variety of reasons including its natural temperature regulating properties, natural fire retardant properties, and its bacterial resistance. The steel innersprings give this mattress a good support while the toppers add a nice level of comfort. This mattress is on the softer side, though due to the innerspring support it still has a noticeable firmness to it. It would work well for those who are back or side sleepers and like some cushioning. This mattress will work well on any slatted frame base or one of our organic foundations. Spot clean only.
