Featured is almost every major design and interiors magazine, each handcrafted furniture piece in the Designer Series has the back cut out by hand for plumbing and sink installation and door or drawers configured to retain usefulness and storage capabilities. Designer Series vanities come with the wooden tops as shown to replicate a fine piece of furniture much the same way fine antiques have been converted as vanities in this way for years. Each piece is thoughtfully configured for ease in plumbing installation.When purchasing Cole & Co. vanities, you will have peace of mind that you’re choosing furnishings of enduring quality. Caring craftsmen pay attention to every detail such as: All drawers include wood-on-wood glides for smooth, efficient operation, and all touching drawer guide parts are waxed for smooth and quiet operation; Strength and durability are supplied by mortise and case construction reinforced with glue and metal fasteners; Solid lumber and select wood veneers are carefully chosen to permit consistent finishing as use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers, which are used only on flat surface areas such as the case tops and sides, also add weight, strength and dimensional stability; and lastly, Up to 30 finishing steps, including 13 steps of hand-sanding and accenting are used with physical distressing done by hand to insure an authentic, antique look. In addition, all items receive two to three full coats of catalyzed lacquer for extra depth and durability and a final top coat of nitrocellulose to help protect it from wear, water and light.

One (1) year limited warranty provided on materials and workmanship. Finishes are water resistant, not waterproof. No warranty is given for water damage or misuse. Installation by a plumbing professional is recommended. For longevity of finish, care in maintaining dryness at all times is suggested. Granite and marble are natural surfaces and as such, color and veining will vary. Product warranty is void if items are not stored in a climate-controlled environment, or proper care and cleaning is not given. All claims for damages (concealed or otherwise) must be filed with the delivery carrier by the consignee at the time of delivery. Cole + Co. assumes no liability for freight damage or claims not reported at time of delivery.
The Briggs Chest is serene yet regal in its design, with a Far Eastern vibe and is accented with oversized medallion-like hardware. Transitional and stately for any bath, it features one adjustable shelf behind two doors. Individually handmade of select hardwood solids and white birch veneers. Cole + Co. Carlylse or Coventry Drop-in sinks for use with existing wooden top; Cole + Co. Fairfield undermount should you want to add your own granite, marble or quartz top. Check meassurements to insure a fit prior to ordering. If stone top is preferred, please note on order "Cut for Granite" and Cole + Company craftsmen will cut a large hole in the top of the vanity prior to shipment to ease in sink positioning during customer-supplied stone top installation. Any and all vanities with custom cuts (including for a specified sink or stone top) are considered a special order and therefore are non-returnable. Cole will also cut to your own custom sink presuming it fits. Just note on the order which sink you will be using. If Cole + Company do not have a template for your particular sink, to insure a proper fit, Cole + Company may require you to send the sink or a template. All sink options subject to existing conditions on the vanity and are subject to change. Wooden vanity top as shown, to be cut by Cole for drop-in sink as specified by customer or cut out for addition of customer supplied custom stone top. Faucet holes standard is for widespread if sink is ordered otherwise, no cuts on top will be made.
